What do you tell people who after coming out of a shopping mall/restaurant etc, get into their car and then spend an eternity inside...some common activities seen are wearing lipstick, lighting a cigarette, a heated conversation probably over who had to foot the bill or sometimes even complete silence...all this while you are waiting for that hard-to-find parking spot. Seems the word called courtesy is disappearing fast from our lives...
