What happens to one breath of air? One percent of the air is an element called Argon. The element is inert. That breath of air goes out of your lungs and into the world and over time, it will spread around the world. The atoms you just breathed in are the same ones that that were once breathed in by Buddha, Martin Luther King, and Mother Theresa. Every breath you take has millions of argon atoms that where once in the lungs of dinosaurs 65 million years ago. Every breath you take will suffuse life into the future as far as we can see. We are connected through breath across space and time.
