What is a Juicing Diet? Juicing Diet A juicing diet is a diet through which you nourish and replenish your body with powerful nutrients, which helps you get healthier and shed unwanted pounds. In a juicing diet, you either add fresh juice to your diet, or replace some or all of your meals and snacks with fresh juice. When replacing all your meals/snacks with juice, basically the only thing you consume is fresh juice aside from a few other permitted liquids, and it is also called a juice cleanse or juice fast. Although you can purchase prepackaged juices at stores or even order “fresh” juices from juice delivery companies, the recommended way to consume juice is to make your own juices. Some people may feel intimidated by this, but juicing is really easy and it is by far much more nutritious and much cheaper than buying prepackaged juices, using juice delivery companies, or even buying juices at juice bars. As a matter of fact, you should avoid most prepackaged juices in stores as they are usually 100% fruit juices which have been processed, have little nutritional value, and extremely high in sugar.
