What is it about the WIC program that always and without a doubt causes the checkout line to come to a screeching halt..? It takes so long it just makes me want to pay for it. Oh wait, I am paying for it. As I stand here I can feel my blood pressure rising and the frustration starting to give me a headache watching these idiots go back and forth. It has taken this obese woman over 15 minutes to check out as she walks back and forth to exchange items and just sets aside what she doesnt want including meat and frozen goods. BTW - She just sets them on top of the Tic Tacs on top of the candy section. #unreal The better question is why would I ever come to Walmart and where can I gets me some WICs? I want free stuff too...! Weve created a monster.
