What is it with these auto dealerships that makes them refuse to help their auto techs out?? We worked our butt off to get a 2005 Escape diagnosed a wile back and found a bad coil driver. It needed a new PCM but it would need to be programmed after install & we did not have the tools to do that. So we sent it to the Ford dealership and gave them the info and said if they needed anything to give us a shout but NOPE!! They just passed it on to their tech to do ALL OVER AGAIN! Didnt even give me a call or dbl check what I had found wrong with it. They did have to replace the PCM but caused the tech to dbl work . WOW GENIUS wish I was that smart SMH
