What is sedition law? That was asked by Kevin Jason. This Act may be cited as the Sedition Act 1948. Anything deemed fit as seditious tendencies in a word, speech, publication against government, Rulers, administration of justice, to promote feelings of ill will and hostility between different races and to question any matter, right, status, position, privilege, sovereignty or prerogative established or protected by the provisions of Part III of the Federal Constitution or Article 152, 153 or 181 of the Federal Constitution. Anyone had been found guiltiness of this offence to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgits or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years to five years or to both. That is the term of Law of Malaysia. Now we see the practical way the law was used? Five or six policemen will arrive to your office, home or middle of anywhere will arrest you by handcuffing. You were arrested at home or office then your personal computer with other printed papers will be taken to the police station in the name of investigation. *[* Now a time, I don’t keep all my confidential files in my PC hard disks. Suppose police took my computer, they will search any documents which can be used against me in court. Only stupid guys will keep. Where can I keep the files? At present a lot firm offering public online storage space and free first 10 GB. That is good for small timers. Just I had to remember username and passwords. *]* Inside police station a photograph taken of your handsome face with serial numbers. Later they will take you and stripe you naked except your underwear and dump you in the lockup. Police investigator will investigate you with their free leisure time and not in hurry. You are sure to receive physical and mental torture from them. That is their weapon used for hours or days. It depends on their investigation and how you cooperate with them. Suppose you are stubborn they might lock you up in a room of darkness for few days to make you frighten. Sometimes they throw ice cold water. *[* For me there are no problem in this dark room. I can meditate there. Every police station there is one or more unseen figures like gene, satan, dead spirit and sometimes kali Goddess will be there. Meditation can help one to communicate with them. They can tell everything happening to the police station. Mostly which policemen had received bribes. *]* According to given statements they will produce in court or release you. In court it depend how you had to fight. *[* Suppose I was charged to court and never bail out of any surety, I will not come out. From that time onwards I will protest hunger strikes. Bukit Aman told me that I must do protest to prove I am an innocent in my previous EO case. Suppose given bail without surety, I will not run away like others looking’s for asylum in other countries. I knew many methods how to sneak out our country without a passport, still I will not do it. I will fight here by staying in our country till last. *]* My previous Emergency Ordinance Act (EO) detention police had tortured me physically and mentally. They even send me one year detention and one year banishment for the crime I never committed. I had exposed the policemen involvement in brothel business. Anger of revenging the police has framed me up the EO case. Among their group one Policeman had provided the information.
