What is wrong with us in this country? I think its no longer a curse that this country is under a curse. Why cant INEC get it right for once? Just recently, INEC made nonsense of a local govt election in Kwara state and here we go again. Everybody(dead or alive, seeing or blind, wise or foolish) knows that if d election in Anambra is conducted freely and fairly among the three major contestants, Sen.(Dr.) Chris Ngige will win by a landslide. Its not surprising then why INEC had to circumvent d electoral processes. In a saner country, d stupid prof serving as d Resident Electoral commissioner in Anambra state would be removed from office with immediate effect. How on earth would INEC plan for an election into d office of d governor of a state and electoral materials are missing in major local governments? To lend credence to d malpractice perpetrated by INEC, all d candidates have expressed dissatisfaction over d conduct and INEC had better do the needful. I have been monitoring d proceedings in Anambra minute by minute and d reports from virtually all quarters have been negative. Funnily enough, INEC has made a mess of itself by apologising to d political Parties for not properly conducting d election on Saturday thereby shifting d conduct of d election in some major local governments to Sunday. That is an anomie by all standards! Sunday is a religious day and Christians are expected to go to church. More importantly, d local govt where elections were rescheduled were supposed to witness a restriction of human and vehicular movements which can hardly be enforced on a Sunday(esp church time. Ipso facto(by that very fact), INEC has erred by rescheduling election for a Sunday. Whatsoever stupidity INEC was trying to do that caused d postponement of election in those major local govt ought to have been suffered by INEC alone. In other words, INEC ought to have given d political parties @ least 48hrs to restrategise and not few hrs. Sincerely speaking, if INEC continues to allow itself to be used as d agent of electoral theft in this country esp vis-à-vis d 2015 general elections, Im afraid, d entity called NIgeria may become a nomen oblitum(forgotten name). Prof. Atahiru Jega is already showing to us that he lacks competent men and women who can assist him to conduct a free and fair election in d country. D silly prof. involved in d current odoriferous saga in Anambra must face d music. Just few wks back, another beast in d guise of INEC electoral officer announced d PDP candidate d winner of a local govt election in Kwara state. In his foolish wisdom, he wanted to act out a script but God in His infinite Greatness did his wonders. D same man(d PDP candidate) came out to say he did not win d said election. Consequently, d APC candidate was declared d winner. Why would INEC only read out d result of d votes polled by d PDP without announcing other parties results? Finally, it is only unfortunate that our common wealth has again been wasted on a kangaroo election in Anambra. Im saying this without any fear of contradiction bcos d just concluded election in Anambra will be cancelled and a fresh one will be ordered. If INEC doesnt do that, d judiciary will. I make bold to say this. Whether d Psychopaths Desperate for Power(PDP) like it or not, Sen.(Dr.) Chris Ngige will be crowned d governor of Anambra state. Anybody who wishes to take his or her life is free to do so afterwards and Im so sure Gov. Ngige will give such a dead rat a state burial.
