What is your ONE thing? This one thing is usually the thing that if eliminated, it would change your entire physical progress. It can be soda, coffee drinks, wine, fast food, chocolate, ice cream, late night snacking, skipping meals or eating out too much. What is it? Ive been thinking about that ONE thing recently and for me its mindless snacking. I snack in the car, while cooking, when I get home and in front of a computer screen. If I stopped snacking and started documenting my intake for at least 3 weeks, like I did in the past, I could see tremendous results. What is YOUR ONE THING? (and how are you going to combat it?)
