What is your advice? Sir, I read the post you share with general public for comments and some of the people provide sophisticated solution. Thats why i also want to share problem that i am facing nowadays. Sir actually i have left my last employer some six months ago on immediate basis. The employer did not release my last month salary as mentioned in my joining letter that was Rs. 25,000/-. I managed my one month expenditures and faced the worst time of my life due to i live in a house on rent. The problem is this I have spent seven years of my life in my last job and when i contacted to my last employer for my gratuity, the group director finance refused to give me gratuity which is just Rs. 150,000/- due to immediate resign I also expressed that the company has deducted my last month salary as per employment agreement but he did not give me any attention and said go out from my office and do whatever you want to do i wouldnt release your gratuity. sir please tell me what should i do ? I dont wanna go to labor court for such small amount. sir please keep my name confidential and share this to your friends might be someone could provide me proper solution. i will wait for your kind response.
