One guy in a group said that if a woman didnt want to take his name, he would be hurt and begin to question whether or not she truly loved him. Probably one of the most absurd opinions Ive heard in life. Really, dude? To me, this tradition is archaic, unecessary and patriarchal by nature because it denotes ownership.
