What kind of care can you get from a Certified Professional Midwife in Kentucky? Yesterday we shared the 2014 stats of one KY CPM. Today we have the 2014 stats from a KY CPM serving a different region of the state. 75 births, 77 babies. 8 VBAC, 3 breech, 2 sets of twins, all successful at home. 4 transports. 2 babies for respiratory issues, 2 moms for labor issues/fetal well being concerns, 1 fetal demise due to cord accident. 2 of those catches were my grandchildren.
