What makes all of this Ebola stuff freaky for me is that Ive been completely knocked down with some sort of head cold or flu since Sunday night. I mean this thing has packed quite a punch. I know its just a bad head cold (no stomach, muscle problems, etc) but it still has me wondering how many people might one day actually have Ebola and only think of it as a cold/flu? And 8-12 days is all it takes to be full blown bleeding from the eyes, mouth and nose? I cant even begin to imagine the horror of that. In any event, all of this definitely has me thinking about what I eat and drink. Winter is coming and I suspect its going to be a bad one. Especially for those of us who live in the north. Better to get healthy and not provoke sickness. What about you? What kind of precautions are you taking, if any? Or do you not care and think its all a bunch of hype?
