What makes our corn beef so special? We cook it the old fashioned way... First we boil it with a special blend of spices, we trim the brisket ourselves, let it rest and slice it. It tastes much better than the precooked called cut style corn beef. For our Reuben sandwich we start off with nice, sturdy grilled rye, top it with guldens or homemade Russian, piled high with hot New York style sauerkraut, hot corned beef, lots of melted Swiss cheese, and of course some pickles on the side!
