What makes people think the Penguins can beat the Bruins? I dont understand it to be honest. The Bruins are the last team the Penguins want to face. #1 - The Bruins are a MUCH deeper team than the Penguins. If you look at all 4 lines the Bruins are better. The Bruins 4th line is better than the Penguins 3rd line. #2 - Bruins defense is MUCH better than the Penguins. I like Orpik, but other than Orpik the Penguins are very thin at the blue line. I know people will say "Letang" but he is a good offensive defenseman, not a very good defensive player though. #3 - Goaltending, Bruins obviously have the better goaltending in this matchup. #4 - Experience, Bruins have been there and done that they know what it takes. Penguins have done it too, but many of theplayers from that Pens Cup team are no longer there. Almost every Bruins player from their Cup winning year is still there. #5 - Physical play. This is where the Penguins will have the most problems. The Bruins are a much more physical team than the Penguins. The Leafs and Rangers both had the same problems with handling the Bruins physical play. I give the Penguins the edge in offense, but that will be voided because the Bruins have the superior defense and goaltending. The only other factor in the Penguins favor is the home ice. I really do not see the Penguins winning that series. They had problems with the Islanders afterall.... _______________________________ I like this guy!!!! :) B-Town Weeeeeeeeeeee
