#What motivates you- I remember laying in the hospital bed, hopeless and clinging for my life. I remember the feeling of being weak and the IV in my veins, I remember having an epiphany- I remember all of this and I refuse to let history repeat itself. I refuse to be sick, hopeless and weak without a fight, I refuse to roll-over and die, I refuse to suffer from a heart attack at a young age or a stroke, or be amputated or be on dialysis because I did not take care of myself, I refuse to be obese, I refuse to walk up the stairs and be short of breath! I want to be healthy, I WANT TO LIVE! I WANT TO FULFILL MY PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE! I dont care if u say Adanna u to skinny or whatever, I dont care if I am 5 pounds, I am going to keep working on being healthy, because I remember being sick and its not a good feeling! This is my motivation, this is what keeps me going! Motivation is ur rock, ur strength in a hard place! When u feel like giving up, believe me, ur motivation would keep u going! So my question for u today is What Motivates You?
