What really upsets me with some vegans is that they shame vegetarians for not being vegan. Yes, I am aware of the horrific treatment of animals involved in the dairy industry. But Im still very new to vegetarianism; I often struggle with food labels if they dont have the suitable for vegetarians sticker on it, Ive only JUST given up eating meat and I currently need milk in my tea so excuse me for not going full on vegan STRAIGHT AWAY. To my vegan friends, this is in no way directed at you :3
