What was your workout for the day? I made a commitment to myself to keep active and fit for this pregnancy and so far I feel good. I taught Turbo Kick today and then did my own strength training workout at home. Here is a little sample of Turbo Kick. **REMEMBER if you are expecting, clear all workouts with your Doctor 1st! ** I have been working out high intensity for a long time and my Dr has cleared me to continue. I do take precautions and scale down if I feel exhausted, as well as I watch my heart rate. Fitness makes me feel good but my number one focus is growing this healthy baby! SHARE IF YOU ENJOYED! I will be posting my strength training workout this week as well.
