What would you do???? Hello Colleagues, I need your advice as I am very upset with another agent with whom I am in contract in San Francisco. She represents the seller and I represent the buyer. She used to work with Alain Pinel (my brokerage) and now works for Pacific Union. This agent has made it very difficult from the beginning. She demanded--yes, demanded--a copy of my Buyers inspection report despite our moving forward. She even had a friend of hers who is a current colleague of mine--and NOT involved with this transaction at all!--go into my office and tell my Buyers Agent that he should send this report to her friend. As a new agent, he was very upset by this. (I was attending NAR at the time.) Even our manager had never heard of this in his 30+ years in the business and backed us up. (We finally got our clients permission to share the report.) It didnt stop there... Yesterday, she issued a Notice to Perform despite the fact that we already had removed the loan contingency last week subject to something that was mentioned on an addendum referenced by the Contingency Removal. Her Seller signed both of these forms. After writing what I thought was a pleasant email last night, she responds this morning with: Your explanation below is a lie and we both know that. Nothing further needs to be said. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am not a liar and I am a very ethical person who always puts my clients first. What would you do? Is there any way not to have to deal with her? (There is a co-agent.) Contact her manager? Should I wait until this is over and then report her to the Board? Your advice would be greatly appreciated. I have never in 30+ years in this industry dealt with someone so vicious. Thanks! Rebecca
