When COHPBR was first created our goal was to never allow 1 email to slip by unanswered. We were originally horrified that many rescues either send out a canned response and never read emails. We were also horrified that other rescues did not respond at all. We used to be able to get back to everyone however we now have so many emails that now it takes months sometimes to get through them. We have to skim them and get back to them as we are able. We skim to ensure there are no emergencies. However because we knew we could not get back to everyone directly we took the time to create a very helpful page that is so easy to find that has the answers to the most common questions.
