When God wants to get a personal message to you, He often times uses those around us to do it. In a matter of two days, a message was given to me three times from three different people in three different ways and none of them knew each other or that the words they said would have such an impact. Do you have ears to hear and a spirit willing to listen? Is there something God wants to convey to you? Are you ready to listen? What if its not exactly what you want to hear? Sometimes thats the hardest part. Hearing something we know we need to, yet really dont want to. What if it means holding on in a circumstance that seems unbearable? Those are the worst. Trust me. I understand. But He gives us a promise that the pain we are going through is only temporary. It will NOT last forever. Yet its producing in us a glory that will. So thankful for this promise. Amen. 2 Corinthians 4 17-18 For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.
