When I first started bodybuilding, I was curious about training - TopicsExpress

When I first started bodybuilding, I was curious about training back. I thought to myself, How can I train a body part that I cant see? I mean the only time I saw the back of my head was at the barber shop. How was I going to monitor progress on my back? There were no devices for reverse selfies. I had to use a technique that I share with my friends today. First, since I couldnt see my back, I would have to feel my way to progress. Second, I would have to believe, that in spite of not being able to monitor progress as closely as other body parts, that what I was doing was going to lead to being able to see that progress visually. In a word, it was belief. This is really how you can approach many things, especially when body building. You dont need to know things when you can feel for them. Many people wonder, especially about a body part like calves. They think, how can I train or progress when I dont really have much to work with? This is when you have to feel your way through this, when you cant see the progress- you have to feel for progress. You can certainly feel strength, which is a terrific indicator if progress. If you feel strength coming into that area, that alone is progress, but also a precursor to seeing progress visually. But, for now, feel your way through this , connect with that area you want to develop and in spite if not being able to see progress keep your radar on feeling for progress and believe that is that path that will lead you to where you want to go when you cant see the end. Dont think so much, feel. I thank you. Your busy lives and you take the time to read my posts and view my pictures.
