When I look at materials to purchase to further my career I - TopicsExpress

When I look at materials to purchase to further my career I consider them investments. This changes my viewpoint and allows me to put things into more perspective. Depending on what you charge for a single session, the math is pretty simple to see whether or not investing in product A, manual B, or course C is a smart financial decision, or not. I crunched some numbers below based off of a $69 training course. Here’s it broken down based off of 3 different session prices: If you charge $25/hr You will need to train 3 additional sessions to make it pay. If you train 10 additional sessions at any point in the future, you’ve gotten a 362% return on investment. **and you’ll probably be able to raise your rates too ;)** If you charge $50/hr You will need to train 2 additional sessions to make it pay. If you train 10 additional sessions at any point in the future, you’ve gotten a 725% return on investment. **That’s not bad, I guess** If you charge $75/hr A single session and it pays for itself. If you train 10 additional sessions at any point in the future, you’ve gotten a 1087% return on investment. **This is getting ridiculous** Do you see where I’m getting at. Where would you rather put your money? A stock where you’re considered very lucky to make 10% and are at risk to lose money or a program with a 100% no-questions asked, money-back guarantee where you stand to make a minimum 362+% return on your investment – and that’s only for 10 sessions. People – I want to start a movement. invest in yourself, not stocks.
