When I was a wee tot, I saw commercials on The Weather Channel for the Subaru WRX. They showed it carving up some back roads through the mud and snow. I always thought they were pretty cool, but couldnt fathom owning one since I was only in middle school... Fast forward about 6 years. Indiana State University. Freshman year. Ryan Procise and Rob Kuntz introduced me to Patrick Smith, owner of what I discovered to be the WRXs big brother. He took me for a spin in his hawkeye Subaru WRX STi, complete with Megan racing exhaust, coilovers, and a kickass carbon fiber front lip. That thing set off car alarms while we drove past the Towers, and made my throat hurt it pulled so hard going down US41. I knew immediately that I had to own one someday, some how. Well... the day for that dream to come true has finally come... Maybe Dominic Galuoppo will elevate me from skank status now heh ;)
