When I was in Barcelona this summer I had a wonderfully simple dish that incredible as it may see I ate as a child with the exception of the seafood. I come to find out that the Spaniards have a different verson of Paella that uses fideo(short vermicelli), OMG is it good. There are seve4al good recipes on the internet. Here I doctered up a recipe but also used a paella spice packet. The results were good. Be adventurous my fellow fb peeps, food is a great way to travel from the comforts of you home and the least expensive way to do it.
