When Will He Love Me? Eyes gaze over room Become fixated on one An idea, an imaginative composition Of perfection But he has flaws He does not hide them But does he have true and genuine love I am not sure That truth is hidden Beneath almosts and apologies I still keep searching my heart for an escape From the absence of his physical presence Right now, I want him to hold me, after the nightmare After the anxiety Through the insomnia But that is not One of the ways he is presently available What can I realistically expect?
