When all else fails, go to Facebook right? :) This morning around 3am jack woke up (17 months) jumping up and down in his crib. Just chatting. Not crying. We werent worried. I muted the monitor and let him chat... In the back of my mind I thought... Hes going to jump the crib. I hope the garage door is locked. Then fell asleep. I woke up and Brandon was in Jacks room. He jumped the crib for the first time. First its super creepy i knew that was going to happen, and second, now we have a jumper. Few things. 1. Jack has been really refusing to eat lately. Seems to be when he wakes up hes just hungry for milk or oatmeal, so Im thinking he wanted to go downstairs to the fridge. How do I deal with this? Do I want to start this trend? Or is this just a phase? 2. This kid goes a million miles a second. In NO WAY can we break his crib down to a toddler bed. He will get up as soon as he lays down. So what options do we have? I put a lock on his handle to keep him in, that was installed awhile ago. I knew it was only time. But when he jumps out hes just going to mess around in his room. Is there anything I can do to keep him in? Thanks all!
