When it comes to food tasting you use your tongue not your eyes and brain (though your brain work as you use your sense of taste as well as you use your eyes)...I would say fine dining is more of psychological, than using your taste palate.! You get psyched of the presentation and the social stigma! But the reality is, theres not much difference between a cheap meal well cooked and prepared, than the expensive ones! You are just paying for the place and the service!
