When it rains - IT POURS!!! Got home from checking my e-mail at the library this morning to find that the lightening strike that took out my internet on Saturday also took out the charger hooked up to the pig fence. I figured this out since both pigs were out on a runabout. After resetting their fence so I could use the charger in the chicken coop I discovered that a weasel managed to get through the hot chicken fence and seems to be living under (or in) the coop and it killed my favorite hen. The little garage cat has also been missing since the big storm on Saturday night, clearly not.my.week. But at least the pigs are in, the fence it hot, and the internet guy will be out sometime this afternoon to hopefully hook up my internet so I can research how to get rid of a pesky weasel.
