When the atlas of life Appears blank Where toil shall cease - TopicsExpress

When the atlas of life Appears blank Where toil shall cease and Rest begins The lights must never go out And music must always play For our sovereign Lord Will be our guide A beautiful, wonderful star A soothing balm of Joy, security and salvation For our hurting hearts To the very end. Comment: Everyone has noticed how hard it is to turn our thoughts to God when everything is going well for us. We have all we want is a terrible saying when all does not include God. We find God an interruption. As St Augustine says somewhere, God wants to give us something, but cannot, because our hands are full - theres nowhere for Him to put it. Or as someone said, We regard God as an airman regards his parachute; its there for emergencies but he hopes hell never have to use it. Now God, who has made us, knows what we are and that our happiness lies in Him. So allow the A Child Unheard in you - to you show you the way...................just as I have been led to do. (Modern day reflection upon Psalm 48) Please also view the section ACU - The True Meaning. You see will see a wonderful testimony to the ACU message from the world famous author Paulo Coelho, an extract from his book, By the River Piedra I sat down and Wept. A CHILD UNHEARD - PAULO COELHO - THE TRUE MEANING.
