When we have a serious illness, whether it is our self or someone else, or even spend time in a hospital, it can be hard to go through. Our deceased loved ones know this. As we go through difficult times on earth, or loved ones come to comfort us; our loved ones on both sides of life that is. We sometimes can see them, or just feel their presence and we know things will be okay. They do this to bring us comfort out of love and caring. I was in the hospital bed comfortably lying there, my husband had left the room. I looked toward my left and a spirit man came into the room and asked me if i was okay. He was short in height, very caring and sat in the chair next to my bed. I told him I was okay and with that he turned and went out of the room, disappearing as he moved into the hallway. At that moment a nurse came into the room and asked me if I was okay. I told her I was a little cold and she brought me a blanket. I asked my dad later, describing him, and he felt it was his deceased dad and I did too. I felt he knew what I needed more than I did and brought the nurse to bring me the blanket. Our loved ones are never far from our side, even those we never met, as my grandfather died before I was born.
