When we recite a letter from the quran we take 10 hasanat. If we do a bad deed and follow after it with a good deed allah will wipe it away as if it never existed. When we walk to the masjid for every step we take, 10 hasanat are placed and 10 bad deeds are taken off. When we make wudu, with every drop of water, our bad deeds are gone. By saying Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wa barakatuh to our brothers and sisters in Islam, Allah forgives our sins. When we think of doing a bad deed then change our mind Allah gives us a good deed. When we do a good deed Allah gives us 10 hasanat and will multiply it with 70 for whom he wills, but if we do a bad deed Allah gives us 1 sin. When we think of doing a good deed and change our mind Allah still gives us 1 hasana. When we shake hands our sins are dropping. And the list goes on and on…and after all of that, the majority of the creation of Allahs creation still end up in Hell fire, subhanAllah.
