When we will we change the laws to a zero tolerance policy? We have that at schools with guns made out of fingers. When are we going to take away licenses and put people in jail for this. This is an example of a DUI offender giving a big middle finger to the system. I can just imagine them sitting at home thinking how cool it would be if they showed up to the MADD panel drunk and how they would get away with it. This persons license should be revoked FOREVER. But no, hell be out driving around Snow Hill and Salisbury tommorrow. God pray for the victim and the victims family that he will ultimately murder.
