When will we pass away? 5 years, 10 years, 50 years from now? The way people go about their day, yould have thought they were told they were going to live forever... like they have time to waste thinking negatively, moaning and whining about the tiniest of matters... If you were told you had 6 months to live, would you focus on the negative so easily? Would you let that person frustrate you so much? Would you let that sunset on the train home go unwitnessed as you hurry away on your iphone? Would you spend hours and hours worrying over matters that dont matter? With this perspective in mind... write that heartfelt letter to a loved one, make love on an otherwise average tuesday night, book that ticket to go abroad with your family, eat that piece of cake with out a hint of guilt, pause to watch that beautiful sunset, pay that co worker a deep and meaningful compliment, tell your partner/friend/pet/self - that you love them and always will.... What ever it is.... dont hold back and dont let the little things cloud your experience of the big things Will (dog walker, surfer, loving watching his doggy asleep on the sofa next to him)
