When you have a guest come over, what do you usually do? Before - TopicsExpress

When you have a guest come over, what do you usually do? Before anything you prepare yourself psychologically then physically. The same thing applies to Ramadan; we should welcome it with love and excitement because Ramadan is a beloved month that visits us only once every year. We welcome Ramadan to: · Ask Allah for success, because asking for success guides you and directs you to the right path. · Achieve devotion (Ikhlas) in performing the duties during this month, because that will divert you from committing sins · Multiply the rewards, because whenever you worship Allah out of love and pleasure, he multiplies your rewards and accepts your good deeds. The first thing to know about this month is that it is the month of repentance and forgiveness. We have 11 months of the year that we get busy with the matters of this life (Dunya). And we commit a lot of mistakes either we know about it or not. So, Allah made this month to get closer to him and to repent and to remedy the relationship with him, by staying away from committing sins and obeying his commands and by regretting what we did and asking for forgiveness. Whether these mistakes were towards Allah and his commands or towards our spouses, our children, our neighbors, whether they are Muslims or not. Or even towards ourselves, or relatives like parents uncles aunts grandparents and the others. Why, dear brothers and sisters we need to repent soon and take advantage of this opportunity? Because our enemy is imprisoned. And by enemy, I mean the enemy of the humans since the beginning of time. The destined enemy, because he attached his destiny and delegated his life with the destiny of the human being to corrupt them and to destroy them like he did to himself when he refused the order of Allah to prostrate to Adam. #satan #shaytaan #ibliss Ramadan is a like a rest area where you relax and stock for another coming year, so in this month: . InshAllah we all extend our Iman. Like we all know, Iman or belief, is the #FOOD for the #SOUL. The Soul needs the supplement exactly like the #BODY, and if we don’t feed it, it dies spiritually and the heart hardens and stops being affected by the teachings of Islam. May Allah protect us all. · Increase the spirituality. And the more spirituality and closeness to Allah guides you to the right direction in this life and the life after. · Nurture the self and perfect it. Because in this month the worldly desires decrease and the behavioral diseases (like arrogance, envy, ego, hatred and others) are cured The example of Ramadan for the Muslim is like the gas station for the car. The car that fill up the tank with gas, and all the other car parts are checked like tires and brakes, and the drivers gets enough rest and gets his needs of food and drink, can go to his destination safely. And the amount that you fill in the gas station determines the distance you can go, so if you fill half the tank, you go half the distance, and if you fill quarter, you go quarter the distance and so on. The same goes to the Muslim; we see the effect of the spiritual supply after Ramadan. Some Muslims this supply lasts them an hour. some for one day after Ramadan which is the day of Eid, some for a week, a month. And the successful and the wise ones are the ones who collect enough supply for the year, until the next Ramadan comes. Lastly, we should try not to oppress ourselves by not taking advantage of this month. So May Allah guide us and help us to fast the days and pray the nights and recite the Quran the way it should be recited. And we ask Allah to accept the good deeds and to make this month a blessing for the Ummah and the whole world.💜👍🎉 #RamadanKareem
