When you live on a boat , nothing stays the same for very long. Weather affects you so much more than when you live on dirt. Last night was stormy here , wind, rain, and strong moon tide. Woke up to the dock starting to flood. Ate breakfast and got off the boat before I would have wade off. The marina cut the power to prevent shorting out the shore power. The dock photo is as I was leaving. Went to the local Mariners museum , was awesome. Lots of old wooden work boats from the Chesapeake . See photo. Then I went to a Grand Prix boat race. I decided I was about power boat racing like my Dad was about Chinese food. The first time he every tried Chinese food, he took one bite and put his fork down and did not take another bite. The waitress came over and said what wrong, you not like Chinese food? He said yes, but it doesnt take much Chinese food to fill me up. Power boat racing is loud and confusing, but it was good see one time. Getting cold tonight , 45 degrees, old man winter is just around the corner. A good two blanket night. Good night friends and family, it is good to have you along. Capt. Ron
