Where are the PoPos and wondering who has jurisdiction from Sunset/Pintail, Sunset & 1st Railroad towards Marina, Sunset & 2nd Railroad towards Tabor, Sunset to Travis Blvd?? It can take up to 10 minutes to travel from Sunset to Travis Blvd due to the # of cars, how long the lights are RED on the 2nd Railroad & a Train passing thru :-( Weve seen cars stop in the right lane, make a backward C to the Stop light turn right back onto Sunset towards the railroad track/Travis Blvd.. Today between 11:35-11:50am, Ken & I watched 2 cars & a SUV stay in the right lane and instead of turning right onto 2nd Railroad as theyre supposed to - RAN THE RED LIGHT :-( Pete Sanchez, Harry T.
