Where to start? InStep says, “If you’re new to running, we’ll help you to get started. If you’re an established runner, we’ll help you to get more out of the sport.” What does that mean for you? Beginner Runners InStep is working with a range of local groups to create more opportunities for people who want to start running. There are already lots of groups out there – we can help to identify the best one for you. instepdevon.org.uk/run-england-groups.html We work with Run England to get leaders properly qualified and supported to offer a good-quality service. We’re constantly working to get new groups up-and-running, so it’s worth keeping an eye on our website to see what’s around.
