Whether its the current EBOLA situation that could bring down half the population or not, eventually, I say eventually, something is going to cause the people (us) to finally understand that the Constitution granted the day to day operation of its power for the country to the states. But since the latter half of the 1800s, those have slowly eroded away so that the states HAVE to depend on the federal government. The Atlanta-based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has emerged as the standard-bearer — and sometimes the scapegoat — on Ebola.
