Whether or not one thinks Darren Wilson is guilty of an unjustified shooting, I strongly believe that a grand jury should have indicted him. The overwhelming amount of contradictory and confusing testimony makes it clear that a trial jury should have been the ultimate fact finder in this case. Im disappointed in the lackluster presentation of the evidence by the Missouri prosecutor and the failure of the grand jury to indict. And, I am disheartened by how African-Americans must once again feel diminished by our justice system.
