While I believe the legal justification for forced medication CANNOT be sustained, the truth is that I take medication -- and like many people with the mental illness label have been through many of them --- zyprexa, depacote, abilify, lamictal, topomax, etc. Im currenltly on lithium and a small amount of zoloft -- Im attempting to totally come off zoloft because of some teeth clenching -- sounds lovely doesnt it? I say all of this because I think one of the most effective ways to get rid of stigma is just to get it out on the table.
