While models have consensus for rain today, the timing has been awful. The average starting time was 11 AM and we are already about 3 hours in. So will need to take things into our own hands. Occasional rain will continue but shows signs of letting up and becoming more scattered between 11 AM and 12 noon. Then a short period of rain will return about 2 PM. The thinking is the general rain should mostly be over by 4-5 PM. In house guidance for total rainfall is up a bit around 0.61". With a span of 0.48" and 0.73". Highs today may struggle to make 60. The last time the high did not make 60 was May 27th. Winds go NE around sunset and will be setting up for some scattered lake effect showers overnight. Scattered lake effect showers possible mostly in the morning Monday with breezy NE winds. There is a likelihood of rain and t-storms Wednesday night into Thursday with the GFS showing some fairly robust amounts above 1". Temps will wobble up toward 80 on Thursday and then fall back to 70 by the weekend.
