While the rioting in Ferguson is ridiculous, illogical and ignorant I have seen a lot of equally ignorant racial slant put on it. Its pretty sad actually. Now we know rioting and looting does not help fight the issue at hand (in fact it does the opposite). But if people are quick to put a racial spin on rioting and looting on the basis of social inequality, remember that others often riot because of the performance of sports teams they have no personal connection with among other ridiculous and even less solid reasoning. I would never condone this behavior. But I would be much quicker to understand the response to perceived injustice (regardless if the perception is 100% accurate), before I would make sense of someone flipping over cars and breaking windows because their team didnt win. https://storify/betakateenin/white-people-riots
