While working out today, I got asked What the heck are you training for? Truth is.. I dont really have a pin point goal in mind. I just want to be healthy and be a great partner/coach for my PIC. Then again.. who does 75 burpees, 75 squat throws with a medicine ball, 25 crunches, 25 frog crunches, 50 slow leg lifts, 37 pull ups, 75 lunges with a 45 lb plate, over 50 meters of bear crawling forward and back, and a two mile run in their everyday routine? Warriors do. And guess what my friends, we have a warrior!
