What We Offer • $20 to $22/hour, based on previous experience, for this permanent, full-time position • Monday through Friday work schedule • Full benefits package and group RRSP with company matching component after 3 months The Opportunity Our Ryley, AB location is currently looking for a Labourer to join the team. This position will primarily be a landfill support position and will provide direction to all trucks entering the landfill. Key responsibilities: • Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes; • Direct any incoming trucks; • Instruct drivers on when, where and how to dump their loads; • Clean off tipping pad using a skid steer; • Assist drivers with securing chain down devices; • Other tasks as required. Key qualifications: • Clean class 5 drivers license; • Previous experience in an labour intensive position; • Strong and effective communication skills; • Strong customer focus; • Previous skid steer and forklift operating experience is preferred.
