Who you are is not the mind. The surface mind has been conditioned by the world. Who you are is not this. You did not come into this world with this mind. And when you leave the world you will leave most of these thoughts behind. So who are you really? If you are not your mind then who or what are you? If you can observe your mind objectively, clearly, it cannot be you. People are lost at the surface of their mind and they do not know what is beneath the surface. They are constantly stimulated out on the surface. They know nothing about themselves. They are a stranger to them self.
