Whos out there engaged in ongoing, successful local mission outreach? We know of four groups, for sure, and theyll be with us for Serve Local, July 1-4, 2014. Were delighted that Alamance Co., NC, churches will be represented, as well as Charleston-Atlantic Presbytery (SC), Heritage Presbyterian Church (Acworth, GA), and Covenant Presbyterian Church (Augusta, GA). All four groups will offer youth led workshops. Serve Local: Models for Engaging Youth in Mission is not JUST for youth, however, so check it out and make plans to take part. Comprehensive fees (housing, meals, registration) begin at just $170 p/p for this four day event!
