Whos your role model? I think its important to have one or more people in mind who you admire and respect in all aspects of your life - fitness not excepted! I have a few people who I follow regularly, one is Kathryn Budig. Shes a yogi extraordinaire and I love how she embodies an overall wellness (physical, spiritual, emotional) that I strive for myself. She talks a lot about her #aimtrue philosophy, which means pursuing your true purpose and following your heart and intention in your life. I also think she is an awesome role model for women as she is all about self-love and self-acceptance in regards to your body and any other flaws you perceive you have.
