Why I thermomix- at 5.35pm tonight I realised that we had nothing arranged for dinner & nothing of much substance in the fridge. I remembered mum saying these chickpea patties were nice so got the recipe out. By 6pm we were eating these with freshly made tortillas & salad and mum happened to arrive at our door as I was finishing cooking them so she joined us for dinner :). The patties were delicious and a great pantry meal, even the child who takes a look at everything and says I dont like that ate 7 of them..... Whole meal cost approx. $6 for 5 serves. Next time Ill double the pattie recipe so I have some for lunchboxes during the week.
