Why Sayedee was saved According to the Law minister, the Attorney General, the Investigation team and just about everyone else, Sayedee was saved because the probe was poor, the investigation was weak, the prosecution team was incompetent and the general co-ordination was not there. A lead prosecutor had never tried a case ? This was on Channel Ekattur. Excuse me, is this called serious pursuit of war criminals in the court of law. Jamaat found the original FIR copy but the entire law and order lot couldnt find it.This includes the AG himself ? And all were disappointed with the verdict ? They should be bloody happy the court didnt jail them for willful negligence of a national cause. So is Tureen going to be the scapegoat ?
