Why Vietnamese have right to do such a praying in front of our king resident at Royal Palace ? Why the government not open their eyes to see what they are doing? I know Cambodia have an article on Constitution Law said, Cambodia not discriminate, we allow for religious beliefs. So this article only mention about Khmer only not for Vietnamese. Yet, as you see on the video, Vietnamese come to Cambodia and make a praying ceremony in front of royal place, and a clip video also released on Facebook Social about Vietnamese make praying ceremony at Angkor temple, but no police or government see what they do. Even though news in Cambodia no one show and tell the reason why. I think it is illegal on constitution law purpose that had enacted. So what do you think?
